About Us
Myself, Kaynell of Taste of Di Island created this catering business 7 years ago after I finished culinary school. We are a local business based out of Eleuthera, Bahamas where we cater to local or vacation events. We emphasize on our customer service while providing the most divine meals to make your experience unforgettable! I LOVE my job and want to help make your celebration one to remember!
My Story
As a kid, I was always around food. My mother and aunts had their own restaurant for 20 years, so I was always around food. Watching my family cook as a kid gave me this dream that one day I would become a chef. After high school graduation, I went to culinary school to pursue this dream. I worked at a restaurant called “Sip Sip” while in college and learned portion control, temperatures, and plating presentation. After I graduated, I decided to open up my own little bakery and deli to see what I could do with it. Turns out it was a big success! For the past seven years, I have been doing catering in Eleuthera for many different events. I love my job and getting to meet so many people!
